Your health journey with us begins with a quick chat with our admin team. We invite you to book a complimentary induction call with our admin team. During this call we will run through some questions regarding the symptoms you are experiencing, assess your suitability to see Dr Edmund Song and guide you through the booking and consultation process.

Dr Song reviews all your history and results prior to the consultation, followed by a 1 hour consultation where he will provide a comprehensive assessment and work with you to establish a treatment and management plan, he then spends time after your consultation completing a detailed letter with your assessment and plan noted so that you have something to refer back on after your appointment.

Our admin team will go through in more detail what you will get out of the appointment and the benefits you will have from an appointment with Dr Song.

Whilst we understand it may be hard to narrow down your symptoms to just 3 due to the complexity of dysautonomia and the symptoms that come with it, we do ask that you have your top 3 symptoms that are affecting you the most or the most debilitating noted down. We will ask for these at the start of the phone call and then run through some basic questions about other symptoms you may be experiencing as well.
